This is a brand new reinforced chain tensioner manufactured by Takegawa Co.

It fits Honda Minibikes and Cub types.

■ Details

Our tensioner arm is made by elaborately scraping out high-strength super duralumin material, and by increasing the thickness, the strength of the arm body is increased, and the grounding area to the push rod is further increased.
This reduces the collapse and damage of the rubber on the tip of the push rod, which greatly improves the life of the push rod.
There is an oil hole in the arm body, and oil is lubricated to the operating part. The arm surface is made of hard anodized.

■ Comparison of normal tensioner arm and our tensioner arm

The normal tensioner arm is molded by plate material, so the grounding area to the push rod is small, and the rubber at the tip of the push rod sinks into the shape of the plate thickness.
In addition, long-term use with a high-power engine can cause the deformation of the normal tensioner arm to be worse and damage the push rod head.
In this case, the cam chain does not have an appropriate tension, which may cause engine trouble.
